The Annual General Meeting of BCS 1682 “Cascade Heights” is to be held Wednesday, February 20th, 2019, at the West Sechelt Elementary School. The school is located at 5609 Mason Rd. Registration will begin at 6:45pm with the meeting to commence at 7:00pm.
The 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at the West Sechelt Elementary School, with registration set for 6:45PM, and the meeting to begin at 7:00PM. Please mark your calendar and set aside the time to attend.
A new set of bylaws was approved at the 2015 AGM. These can be read on and downloaded from the Bylaws page.
The Depreciation Report for the Cascade Heights strata has been received. At this point there is no immediate need to take action on any of the details provided within and the report will be discussed with owners at the next AGM. Read More
The 2013 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at the West Sechelt Elementary School, with registration set for 6:30PM, and the meeting to begin at 7:00PM. Please mark your calendar and set aside the time to attend.
The Strata Council is planning a neighborhood potluck for the 3rd weekend of August. The specific date and times have yet to be confirmed. Any residents who are interested in helping out with the planning should send an email to council@cascadeheights.ca.

The 2012 Annual General Meeting for Cascade Heights Strata BCS1682 will be held February 29th, 2012 at the West Sechelt Elementary library. Registration will start at 6:30 pm and the meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. The AGM package will be mailed out to owners no later than Feb. 8th.

Join your neighbours on Sunday, September 25, 2011 from 2pm – 6pm (weather permitting) for the Cascade Heights “Picnic in the Park.”

Location: In the park (of course)
What to bring: Drinks for yourself and a salad of some sort to share with your neighbours: vegetable salad, fruit salad, pasta salad, potato salad, you get the picture. And, something to sit on!
What will be provided: The Strata will supply paper plates and cutlery.
There is an opening on the Strata Council for a new member. If you are an owner that would like to work with the other Council members and the property management company to make our development a great place to live, please contact us. Responsibilities would be to attend and participate in meetings, 4 – 5 times a year.
